Michael
You have given me more than I
could have ever hoped for...
Love, Momma

Mike's Last Christmas - 2006
He ALWAYS sat in fromt of the tree
and passed out the presents!

The proudest accomplishment
in my life has been being
Mike and Bobby's mom!
I've loved every challenge,
every moment, every memory
and most of all the love and
special bond we've shared.

NO PARENT SHOULD NEVER
HAVE TO SAY GOOD-BYE

Mike & His Little Friend Josh

Mike's Memory Stocking
Every Year Friends and Family send stories,
thoughts & memories of Mike,
we place them in Mike's Stocking and on
Christmas Morning we read them together!
So many memories, so many smiles
and so many tears

Our Last Christmas With Mikey

Hayley & Uncle Mike

Every year at the Mall you can purchase
a star to be placed on the tree
remembering lost loved ones!
Mike always has more than one
star shinning for him!

The Hawk Has Brought Us Comfort
Our family believes Mike has returned to us
in the form of a Hawk since 2 days after he passed away.
The Hawk flies right next to our cars as we are driving.
It perches it's self on the wires in our backyard -
like the picture above.
The hawk almost flew into Bobby's house
only a few hours after Mike's funeral.
On our first trip to the site where Mike passed away
we were greeted by a Hawk,
we stopped and as Bobby and I got out to
take a picture - the hawk took flight and circled
our truck 3 times before soaring off.
Each time family or friends have visited the site the
Hawk has flown over and made his presence known.
It's something we believe in that brings us comfort.
So if you see a Hawk - please think of Mike!!

MY MOM IS A SURVIVOR
My mom is a survivor; Or so I've heard it said. But I can hear her crying at night when all others are in bed.
I watch her lay awake at night and go to hold her hand. She doesn't know I'm with her to help her understand.
But like the sands on the beach that never wash away..... I watch over my loving mom; "Who thinks of me each day.
She wears a smile for others.... A smile of disguise! But through heavens door's I see the tears flowing from her eye's.
My mom tries to cope with death, and to keep my memory alive. But anyone who knows her, knows it is only her way to survive.
As I watch over my surviving mom through heaven's open door.... I try to tell her that angel's "Protect me now forever more".
I know that doesn't help her... Or ease the burden that she bears So if you get the chance, go visit her... And show her that you care.
For no matter what she says.... No matter what she feels. My surviving mom has a broken heart "That time will never heal".

Mike's Last Ride

HAYLEY'S LAST BIRTHDAY WITH
UNCLE MIKEY

Mike LOVED Music......one of his favorites

IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE,
TELL THEM EVERY CHANCE YOU GET
MIKE NEVER LEFT OUR HOME OR HUNG UP THE PHONE WITHOUT SAYING THAT HE LOVED ME!!

It takes a minute to find a special person,
An hour to appreciate them,
A day to love them,
But an entire lifetime to forget them
(That would be....my Michael)

We always knew Mike was special and that there was always an Angel with him. We just didn't know that Angel was going to take him away so soon

Mom's Handsome Man....
I Miss You So Much Mikey
A Mother's Grief
If you really love me,
And I believe you do
If you really want to help
Here's what I need from you
Just sit down beside me
Reach out and take my hand
Say "My friend, I've come to listen,
I want to understand"
Just hold my hand and listen
That's all you need to do -
And if by chance I shed a tear
It's alright if you do too
I swear that I'll remember
Til the day I'm very old
The true friend who sat and held my hand
And let me bare my soul

Memory Lane
There is a place in every heart
They call it Memory Lane
Where thoughts of loved ones lost
Forever will remain
God made this special place
When he first created man
For he knew it would be needed
As part of our life's plan
He knew when loved ones left us
We'd need some time to heal
To come to terms with sorrow
And the loneliness we'd feel
So when you lose a loved one
And your life is filled with pain
The comfort of their presence
Can be found on Memory Lane

MIKE MADE ME PROUD
"I am honored to be part of Michael and his family. I learnt many things about myself while going through Mike's life process with him. Mike taught me there is ALWAYS another opportunity and to never give up. Mike's intentness to correct his mistakes and make things right was especially inspiring to me.
Anyone who knew Mike knew he wouldn't think twice about "taking a bullet" for any of us. Especially his family and friends.
I miss him, and I was proud to call him my son".
Mike's Step-Dad, Richard

Bobby & Mike

Mike was a long-time Jeff Gordon fan. In 2006 Mike made his last trip to watch Jeff race at the California Speedway.

OUR MICHAEL.......OUR ANGEL

Michael John Visser was born on March 15, 1981 in Mission Hills, Ca. Mike's passion about the things he loved was amazing. He had a huge heart of gold and if Mike was your friend then you were truly blessed because you had a friend for life. Mike left his beautiful smile, hearty laugh and a piece of his heart wherever he went.
Tragically Michael left us far too soon at the age of 26. One of his great passions was dirt bike riding. On September 1, 2007 (Labor Day Weekend) Mike went riding with friends to a local desert area in Saugus, Ca. It was 116 degrees that day, he became separated from his friends......ran out of water and eventually succumb to heat stroke. By the time the paramedic unit reached his isolated location, it was too late. God had been there to take him home.
Mike was doing what he loved best when he passed away. He loved riding his dirt bike and he loved the heat.....the hotter the better....and ultimately it was the heat that ended his life. Not many of us get to leave this earth doing what we love most........but Mike did!

MIKE HAD THIS MADE ON OUR CRUISE TO MEXICO IN APRIL 2006 ...

A LifeTime Wish
If I could have a lifetime wish
A dream that would come true,
I'd pray to God with all my heart
A thousand words can't bring you back
I know because I've tried,
And neither will a million tears
I know because I've cried.
You left behind a broken heart

Riding, camping & enjoying life!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways....Bud Light in one hand, Starbucks in the other, body throughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "Whoa...What A Ride!"
